Institute was opened in the Memory of great freedom fighter shri Rama Nath Khaira (MLA) 1952-1962 , Advocate , Poet and the Author of RAMCHARITRAMRIT

The institute was inaugurated by Shri Shri Prakash
Jaiswal, the Union Minister for StateĀ  Home Affairs in the
presence of distinguished guest Shri R.P. Agrawal the
then Vice-Chancellor of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi,
Dr. V. K. Khaira member of Executive of council of
Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. The institute is known
for the academic performance, more than 50% students
of first batch 2006-07 secured first division and more
than 35% got the Govt. job.

Education, aspires to be a leading institution in the
country offering quality teacher education to enlighten,
emancipate and empower the student-teacher fraternity
and to foster life long learning.

Vision of the College

The vision of the college is to provide high quality of education and training to our B. Ed. Special Education students. The College also aspires to contribute to the society through teaching, guidance and counselling to achieve hundred per cent literacy among persons with disabilities. Further, the persons with visual disabilities know the individual rights and will have good and respectful life.
